Plucking → Fixation (kill-green) → Rolling → Drying

Oolong Tea
Oxidation level: Semi-oxidized (10–70%)
Roasting level: Can be roasted or unroasted (depends on desired flavor)

Hot Brew
Ball-shaped leaves

1 bag with 250–300 ml hot water
Temperature: 95–100°C
Steep time: 3 minutes

Strip-shaped leaves

1 bag with 250–300 ml hot water
Temperature: 90–95°C
Steep time: 3 minutes

Bud-leaf type

1 bag with 250–300 ml hot water
Temperature: 90°C
Steep time: 3 minutes

Cold Brew
Add 1 tea bag to 500–600 ml of cold water and refrigerate for about 18 hours.
Brew with hot water, then add an appropriate amount of ice.
